Today, a lot of people are on the look out for natural
remedies to help them fight illness. One such remedy that seems
to be quite potent these days is the use of herbal teas in our
daily lives. Herbal teas powers are very well known in the
eastern countries especially in the Asian countries like Chin,

individual’s taste, for a certain flavor or the health benefit
that one is looking for. Some herbal teas are found to be
sensitive to light, air or heat, whose exposure will result in
the quality of tea to reduce. Once the best ingredients of
herbs are selected, then storing it in a safe place is very
important.
Generally, an air tight
container will serve the purpose. Proper preparation of
herbal tea is by putting the tea leaves in a pot of boiling
water. When the teas leaves start to boil, slowly add the
herbal tea ingredient and allow it to boil with the tea leaves
in a simmer for five minutes. Then the herbal tea can be
consumed after allowing the flavor of the herbs to set in the
boiling tea. The herbal tea will rejuvenate you and its taste,
will kindle your taste buds, while you will be able to sit back
and enjoy the refreshing herbal tea.
